Refund and Exchanges
Please contact us immediately after receiving your purchase if you are unsatisfied or unhappy with our products. We would be happy to solve problems such as damaged items while in transit, items lost in the mail or other situations. Please note the following policies:
1. If the item is damaged during transit such that it is unusable, I will provide you with a replacement for the item shipped at our cost provided that there is still time before your event. In case that there is not enough time, we will issue a full refund (including shipping) if pictures of the damaged items are emailed to me within one week after delivery. Please email the pictures to saidatalah [!at] yahoo.com. Do not throw away any damaged item until after the case has been solved by mutual agreement.
2. We reserve the right to request that the damaged item(s) be returned at our cost.
3. If before your event you decide that you are not happy with the item, we can accept returns within 5 days of receipt of the item provided that a) the item is unused and is returned as shipped in its original package without damage, b) the item is returned prior to your event at your cost, and c) you accept the deduction of 25% of the price of the item costs in concept of restocking fees plus the initial shipping costs. We hope that you understand that our items are made when ordered, there are expenses of labor, materials, shipping, and other expenses incurred to manufacture them that we may not be able to recover, especially if it is a custom-made item in which you chose specific colors and trims. In order to avoid these situations in large purchases, we recommend that you buy one item first to be to be sure that you will be satisfied with it.
4. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please let me know ASAP and I will do what it takes to make you happy. Please do not leave feedback until the transaction is completed to your satisfaction.
